Flint Hills Review Publishes Elephant in the Womb

Flint Hills Review is an annual literary journal published by Emporia State University. The 2017 issue is hot off the press, and features my short piece, "Elephant in the Womb."

"Elephant in the Womb" is a story that was part of an earlier draft of Womb: a novel in utero. The scene was deleted because I decided some of the actions in the scene were not in character with Penny or Stan.
